I am very impressed and pleased with GB San Clemente. I had never done BJJ before & Coach Josh introduced me to the whole process, fitted my ghi and rash guard & had a great conversation about why I wanted to join.

My first class was the perfect introduction. There are plenty of professors (or master level coaches) & they give competent instruction & corrections. We want to be able to roll on the next day, so injury prevention & cleanliness are paramount.

Our 5 year old has been coming here for the past 1.5 years and we love it for many reasons. All the instructors are great. She has made a couple friends. She is learning some controlled aggression, which I really appreciate as she is pretty passive for the most part. And they teach good values such as listening to your parents. Started taking my two boys to Gracie Barra about three years ago and started myself about a year ago, best decision I've made. Great group for the adult classes with fantastic back belt professors. Amazing kids classes, all taught by black belt professors as well. They are taught discipline, respect and self-defense. Very comfortable and family friendly environment, I highly recommend this place!

The professors and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They offer so many different class times, there is always a time to match your schedule. They are actually open 7 days a week. The children's program is very organized and proficient. They develop both the child's body and spirit.

Our whole family LOVES GB San Clemente! Professor Felipe has put together a strong team of talented and inspiring instructors that help make this place amazing for the whole family. The kids program is top notch - Prof. Felipe and Prof. Scott are a great team and their passion for teaching comes through loud and clear. My boys love going to their "spin-jitsu" classes. Training in the adult program here has changed my life in many ways. I came in looking for a physical challenge (which it is!) but it's intellectual and emotional challenges that keep me coming back. <3
