From the moment I arrived at Tara Nature, I knew it was going to be a transformative experience, but what unfolded was beyond my expectations. Nestled in the serene Umbrian countryside, Tara Nature is not just a retreat, it's a journey of self development and discovery.

Caroline and Timothy are the heart and soul of this place. Their warmth is equalled only by their profound expertise in guiding individuals through this wonderful experience. They have a unique ability to connect with each person, making the journey personal and deeply impactful.

The retreat is designed to be uplifting and eye-opening, and it delivers on every level. Whether it's the silent walks at dawn, the mindful yoga sessions, or the intimate group discussions and workshops, every activity is curated to foster an environment of growth and self-reflection.

Tara Nature is, without a doubt, the most amazing retreat experience I have ever had in Italy. This is an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anybody looking for a meaningful escape that promises to enrich your soul and awaken your life-force .

A wonderful place to rest, recharge and unwind. I spent an amazing week at Tara Nature Retreat in the hills near Todi, learning to breathe deeply and rebalance amongst a wonderfully supportive team who looked after us beautifully. The accommodation is clean, simple and has everything one needs, the vegetarian food is divine and the care taken by kind owners Caroline and Tim along with the lovely Rahel made me feel very nourished and soothed. The Breathwork Retreat I attended led by Jayasri and Dominique was very special and is highly recommended. If I had to use one word to describe this special place, it would be ‘peaceful’. I will be returning.

I visited this magical place with my partner in October and it's exactly as expected and more. A true nature retreat where the stillness and beauty of the natural environment can be felt and seen. If you're looking for a place to rediscover the connection with mother earth and yourself then this is a perfect choice. Caroline and Tim are some of the kindest, most knowledgeable hosts and I would highly recommend visiting them for a retreat. There's yoga, wholesome nutrition, mindfulness practice, joyful togetherness, peaceful sunrises...just exactly what we all need to recharge!

Tara Nature ist in Mitte der Natur der Toscana und wahrhaftig ein magischer Ort. Den herrlichen Duft der Natur dort werde ich nie vergrssen. Die Sonnen auf und untergänge sind faszinierend.

Das Haus ist wunderschön im Toscanischen Stil gebaut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die 5 Hektar land drum herum gaben mir das Gefühl von freiheit.
Ebenfalls gibt es dort ein sauberen und grossen Pool der in den warmen Sommertage für herrliche Abkühlung sorgt.

Caroline und Timotheus sind freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend Gastgeber*in.
Bei fragen aller Art waren sie stets verfügbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Retreats die ich besucht habe waren alle von anfang bis zum ende professionell, bereichernd und inspirierend gewesen. Die Yoga Philosophie ( Element Yoga) hat mir eine neue und heilende Seite des Yoga ermöglicht. Ich liebe es dies zu praktizieren.

Während den Retreas gab es immer köstliche, gesunde, saisonal und regionale Speisen die liebevoll serviert wurden.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne hier her zurück und empfehle die Retreats weiter.
